Product Fitment and Use

• Current production fitment is for Tesla Model Y Juniper unless a product page states otherwise.
• FrunkVault is a removable, no-drill frunk protection accessory. It is not crash reinforcement, a safety device, or a replacement for safe cargo loading.
• Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle model, trim, and fitment before purchase. Do not install or use the product if it does not sit correctly in your vehicle.
• Do not use FrunkVault to exceed Tesla cargo limits or to force the hood closed over cargo. Remove cargo or reposition items if the hood does not close normally.
• Tesla and model names are used only to describe compatibility. FrunkVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

Orders and Pricing

Product prices, launch pricing, promotions, inventory, and availability may change. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. We may cancel or refund orders affected by obvious pricing, stock, address, fraud-prevention, or checkout errors.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Handling is typically one business day for available inventory, but timing can vary during launch, restock, preorder, and carrier assignment periods. See the Shipping Policy for more detail.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled through the FrunkVault return workflow. Start at frunkvault.com/returns with your order ID and checkout email. Approved refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected according to the return status flow shown on the returns page.

Site Content and Intellectual Property

FrunkVault names, product photos, copy, designs, graphics, code, and related materials are owned by or licensed to FRUNKVAULT, LTD. You may not copy or reuse storefront content except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FRUNKVAULT, LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use, order delays, carrier delays, improper installation, misuse, incompatible vehicles, or cargo loaded outside normal vehicle limits.

Changes

We may update these terms as the storefront, fulfillment process, or product line changes. The updated version posted on this page controls after it is published.
